The timing of Aarti varies in Khatushyamji temple. In all the aartis, special aarti and adornment of Baba is done. Baba Shyam’s aarti is performed five times a day in Khatushyam temple.
Baba Shyam’s Aarti is performed at different times of the year according to summer and winter season.
At present, according to winter time, the first aarti of Baba Shyam takes place at 5.30 in the morning. The last fifth aarti takes place at 9 pm.
According to Summer Aarti, at present no change has been made in the timings of Baba Shyam Aarti. Baba Shyam’s Aarti will take place during the fair as per the pre-determined time.
The first Mangala Aarti of Baba Shyam takes place at 5:30 in the morning. The second Shringaar Aarti takes place at 8 am.
Baba Shyam’s special makeup and bhog prasad
In the Khatushyam fair, Baba Shyam is specially decorated with flowers and divine clothes during the aarti.
The third Bhog Aarti of Baba Shyam takes place at 12:30 in the afternoon. In this Aarti, special types of dishes made from cow’s milk are offered to Baba Shyam.
The fourth evening aarti takes place at 6:30 pm. Most of the devotees visit Baba Shyam in this Aarti. Because this time is favorable for devotees for darshan.

The fifth and last Shayan Aarti is performed. This happens at 9 pm. After this Aarti, Baba’s Aarti takes place the very next day in Khatushyam mela 2024.
After this Aarti, due to very less number of devotees, sometimes the door of the sanctum sanctorum is closed.
However, the fair is yet to come. And there is a huge crowd of devotees, so the temple of Baba Shyam will remain open 24 hours at this time.
