- Apart from this, also take a pledge as to how you will observe the fast i.e. eating fruits or going without water.
- Then start worship at the Muhurat.
- First of all, bathe Lord Shankar ji with Panchamrit.
- After that offer 8 bottles of saffron water to Lord Shiva.
- After that, light a lamp in front of Lord Shiva for the whole night. Apart from this, apply sandalwood tilak.
- After that, offer to Lord Shiva, Belpatra, Bhang, Dhatura are the most favorite offerings of Bholenath Ji.
- Therefore, offer three Bel leaves, hemp, Dhatura, nutmeg, lotus leaves, fruits, sweets, sweet paan, perfume and Dakshina to Lord Shiva.
- Lastly, offer kheer containing saffron and distribute the prasad to everyone.
