Donald Trump in trouble – Former US President Donald Trump and his sons Eric and Don Jr. have been found guilty of fraud by a New York judge. Before hearing the case, the judge has strengthened the prosecution’s allegations by giving a brief verdict.
This brief decision of Judge Arthur Ngoron has shocked the former President. New York State Attorney General Letitia James had filed charges in this civil case.
That Trump, his two elder sons and officials of his Trump Organization had given wrong information about the property to tax authorities, lenders and insurance companies.
Former US President Trump has been accused of exaggerating his wealth in a fraud case that lasted for years.

Donald Trump in trouble- demand for summary judgment
The hearing in this case was to start from Monday. Earlier, Trump’s lawyers had requested the judge to dismiss the case and give a summary judgment in Trump’s favor.
Donald Trump in trouble will also affect the upcoming elections. On the other hand, Attorney General James also requested for a summary judgment but to convict Trump. The judge ruled in favor of the Attorney General.
Along with declaring Trump and his sons guilty of fraud, the judge has also canceled their business license. Which gives the Trump Organization the right to operate some properties in New York.
Attorney James has also demanded a fine of 25 million USD and ousting the Trump family from the management of the Trump Organization.
Donald Trump in trouble and allegations against him
James claims that Trump and his allies gave banks and insurance companies “grossly distorted” data for 2011 and 2021 so that loans and insurance could be obtained at easier terms.
According to James, these people accumulated profits and savings worth millions of dollars by overstating the value of Trump’s company’s assets by billions of dollars.
The value of assets was overstated by $1.9-3.6 billion annually. Among the properties whose price was shown higher is Trump’s apartment in Trump Tower in Manhattan.
Which was said to be 30,000 square feet, whereas in reality it was only 10,996 square feet. Due to which Donald Trump in trouble.
Trump is surrounded by many more allegations
Trump, who is the frontrunner in the race for Republican Party candidates in the 2024 presidential election, has considered this case to be a deliberate attempt to make him guilty.
He has also called James, who is black and a Democrat, a “racist.” In January this year, a New York judge had sentenced the Trump Organization to a fine of 1.6 million USD in a criminal case related to tax and financial irregularities.
The process of impeachment has also been conducted twice against 77 year old Donald Trump. Apart from this, a case is also going on against him on charges of mishandling confidential documents and hatching a criminal conspiracy to overturn the 2020 election results.
Donald Trump is also accused of secretly paying money to a New York porn star. Trump has also been accused of trying to overturn Biden’s election victory by pressuring officials in Georgia.
Apart from this, there are many other allegations which have been made against Donald Trump in the last months.
