Maa Durga’s idol, vermilion, saffron, camphor, barley, incense, clothes, mirror, comb, bangles, scented oil, bandana war made of mango leaves, henna, bindi, whole betel nut, red flowers, Durva, turmeric. Plate, white clothes, milk, curd, lamp, lamp, naivedya, honey, sugar, panchmeva, nutmeg, mace, coconut, seasonal fruits, white and yellow mustard, Ganga water etc.
Importance Of Magh Gupt Navratri 2024
In Gupta Navratri, Mata Rani is worshiped secretly. During this time, Tantrik, Sadhak and Aghori perform secret Sadhana to attain success in Tantra-Mantra.
At the same time, common people also get relief from all their troubles by secretly worshiping Goddess Durga. It is said that the worship, fasting and rituals of Gupta Navratri should be kept secret.
The worship done during this period should not be shared with anyone. The more secret this puja is kept, the sooner the wishes are fulfilled.
Gupt Navratri Puja Vidhi
- Devotees should wake up early in the morning and take bath.
- Clean the house and puja temple thoroughly.
- Wear red colored traditional clothes on this auspicious day.
- Establish an altar in the puja room and install the idol of Goddess Durga on it and light a lamp of pure desi ghee in front of it.
- Decorate the idol of Maa Durga, offer a garland of red flowers to Maa, apply kumkum tilak, offer makeup items.
- Establish the Kalash as per the rituals, offer Halwa-Puri and gram and invoke the Mother Goddess with Vedic mantras.
- Recite Durga Saptashati, complete the puja with Aarti of Maa Durga.
- Finally distribute the Prasad among all the members of the house.
