LIC will get tax refund of 25646 cr
According to the information available on BSE website, LIC company has benefited a lot. Due to which LIC PSU stock holders will also benefit.
LIC said that it has received a total refund order of Rs 25646.46 crore for assessment year 2012-13 (AY213), AY2014, AY2015, AY2017, AY2018, AY2019, AY2020.
Under this, the Tax Department has released Rs 21740.77 crore on 15 February. This matter was going on with the tax department for years.
