NIA has prepared the charge sheet against the only accused in the Kerala train arson case. The name of 27 year old accused is Shahrukh Saifi. According to the charge sheet, the accused became a Jihadi after watching radical videos.
NIA has made many revelations in the charge sheet. In this incident which took place in April, three passengers including a child were killed and nine others were injured.
Accused Shahrukh Saifi has been charged under various sections of IPC, UA(P)A, Railway Act and PDPP Act. According to NIA, Shahrukh Saifi is accused of carrying out a terrorist incident.
