The Golden Jubilee Year Inauguration Ceremony of Akhil Bharatiya Grahak Panchayat was held today at Seva Sadhana Vikas Kendra, Patti Kalyana, Samalkha. 800 officials of this organization from all over the country, who work for the customers in the country, were present in the program.
Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh’s Sarsanghchalak Dr. Mohan Bhagwat was prominently present in the inaugural session. Union Minister of State for Consumer Welfare Ashwini Choubey participated in the program as a special guest. Along with Baroda ISKCON chief Swami Nityanand ji and Swami Vichar Chinmayanand ji, Golden Jubilee Year Celebration Committee Chairman Ashok Pandey and Grahak Panchayat President Narayan Bhai Shah were also present on the stage.
The program started with lighting of the lamp. After the welcome ceremony, Minister of State for Consumer Affairs Ashwini Choubey said that today along with the inauguration of the golden jubilee year of Grahak Panchayat, the G-20 conference is also being inaugurated in the country. The countries included in G-20 represent 70% of the world economy.

Where there is meaning, there is customer. From this point of view the work of Customer Panchayat is important. Kautilya had also said – There is a father-son relationship between the king and his subjects. A few days ago, we have started a scheme to provide benefits to the customers in NCR.
We have started purchasing their produce directly from farmers and delivering it to customers. Shri Anna has also been included in this scheme. If this experiment is successful then the government will work to deliver the products of the farmers directly to the homes of all the customers in the country.
We need both progress and nature. There is a need to assure that customers are getting quality goods. We have made hallmarking mandatory in jewellery. So that customers can be protected from fraud. We have also taken action regarding misleading advertisements.
In future also, the government will try to adopt all possible measures to provide better services to the customers and protect them from exploitation by partnering with the representatives of the Customer Panchayat.
Grahak Panchayat is an organization that thinks entire economic world regarding the customer
Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh’s Sarsanghchalak Dr. Mohan Bhagwat ji said that because the organization has completed 50 years, we are calling it the golden jubilee year. According to the work done by the Customer Panchayat regarding the problems of the customers.
We can also call it the Golden Year instead of the Golden Jubilee year. He was also the first to work on customer problems. But Grahak Panchayat is the first organization to think about the entire economic world regarding the custome
t has also given important support to the government in working for the benefit of customers. It is not an easy task to give philosophy to customers and to take them into social life after testing them on the test of experience. But Grahak Panchayat has done this. The entire society is a customer. The customer movement has no age, because there will always be customers in the society.

But the organization should keep reviewing its work from time to time. Which shows what were the shortcomings and what was the quality of the work we did. The task of the organization should be to move forward with the help of quality, leaving aside shortcomings.
The customer may also use English words while talking to the Panchayat administration. The word consumer comes in English, it means to consume, it is not necessary that a person eats only when he is hungry, he can eat even if he is not hungry if it is interesting.
But as soon as the word customer comes, the whole meaning changes. That is why Grahak Panchayat has chosen the word Grahak.Because the entire society is a customer, our work area is the entire society. Unless we are society-wide, we will not get the proper benefits of our work.
We should have a phased plan for the next years. We have to reach out to those who form the customer base in the entire society, in the customer group. The stronger the smallest worker of the Grahak Panchayat organization is, the stronger the Grahak Panchayat will be.
Problem solving, customer enlightenment etc. is the main function of the Customer Panchayat. The word Panchayat is associated with Customer Panchayat. As soon as the word Panchayat comes, the feeling comes that the society has faith in the Panchayats.
Because Panch works selflessly. Grahak Panchayat is a public organization. Therefore, for 75 years we have to increase our work four times. This convention is meant to think about how to do this.
