The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Friday took major action in the money laundering case related to the Jal Jeevan Mission scam worth thousands of crores of rupees in Rajasthan.

ED’s action has created panic among officials associated Jal Jeevan Mission scam
ED teams have raided the residence of many officials including Water Supply Minister Mahesh Joshi and ACS Subodh Aggarwal of Water Supply Department in Jaipur at 8 am. An ED team has also raided the Secretariat.
The ED had raided the locations of contractors and others linked to the Jeevan Mission scam a few weeks ago. Then cash worth Rs 2.5 crore and a gold brick (weighing about one kg) were recovered.
ED’s action has created panic among the officials associated with Jal Jeevan Mission scam. Raids have already been conducted at the places of many Congress leaders. MP Kirori Lal Meena said that we have given all the evidence regarding this corruption to the ED.
He does not want to blame anyone. ED should investigate impartially. Everyone knows why ED is active in the election environment. Information has been received from the media that a raid has been conducted in his secretariat office

ED also raided in the paper leak case
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) team took major action in the paper leak case. The houses of State Congress President Govind Singh Dotasara and Mahua MLA Om Prakash Hoodla were raided on Thursday morning in connection with the paper leak case.
ED team interrogated Dotasara, Om Prakash Hudla and their relatives. The ED team also reached Dotasara’s official residence in Jaipur and his personal residence in Sikar.
ED also raided seven locations of independent MLA from Mahua and Congress candidate Omprakash Hudla. ED teams reached Hudla’s hideouts at many places including Dausa, Jaipur. ED also raided the petrol pump of Hudla in Dausa district. Documents are being searched at Hudla’s offices and business establishments.
CM Ashok Gehlot’s son interrogated for hours
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Monday interrogated Rajasthan Chief Minister’s son Vaibhav Gehlot for nearly 9 hours. The Central Investigation Agency has called Vaibhav Gehlot for questioning again on November 16.
Earlier, Vaibhav Gehlot appeared in the office of the Enforcement Directorate located in the capital New Delhi. Central investigation agency ED had called Vaibhav Gehlot for questioning under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA).
According to the information, ED first interrogated Vaibhav Gehlot for 4 hours. After this lunch break was given. The second round of interrogation lasted for about 5 hours.
