Defense Minister Rajnath Singh on Tuesday inaugurated 90 projects of the Border Roads Organization (BRO) in Samba district of Jammu. On this occasion, he said that in the last nine hundred days, BRO has dedicated three hundred projects to the country.
The Defense Minister said that there was a time when it took a long time for BRO to start any project. Even after the project started, there were such paper hurdles that it took a very long time to finish.
Now, every day I get to hear that BRO has started a project at a certain place and has completed the same project at a certain place. He said that the completion of the project so fast is the result of the hard work, dedication of all you workers and the commitment of our government.
The Defense Minister said that different parties are in power in many states, but we are all moving forward supporting each other in the construction of infrastructure in the border areas. There was a time when development work was seen as a contradiction to the environment.

The Defense Minister said that till now we have worked on the mantra of minimum investment and maximum value. But now it is necessary for us to move further.

The Defense Minister Rajnath Singh said that your job is not only to connect one place to another by building roads. But at the same time you will also have to connect the hearts of the people with your actions.

Apart from the Devak Bridge, the Defense Minister inaugurated 89 other projects through virtual medium. The Devak bridge is a part of 90 infrastructure projects built by BRO at a cost of Rs 2,941 crore,. Which includes 21 roads. 64 bridges, one tunnel, two airstrips and two helipads.
