Uniform Civil Code- Here, in a special program at “Dayanand Vatika”, a discussion seminar was organized on the subject of the need for a Uniform Civil Code in India. National President of Rajya Sabha Mahendra Singh Arya was present as the chief guest in this program.

Who said in his address that India is the last refuge for Hindus. If a Hindu does not survive even in India, then there is no place for him anywhere else. He said that if Congress or any secular political party forms the government.

It can be expected that it will not talk about Hindu interest, but this cannot be expected from today’s Narendra Modi government, because this government is full of stings. The injury has come to power by asking to talk about Hindu interests.

The National President of the Rajya Sabha said that his organization had earlier demonstrated at Jantar Mantar regarding this issue. If there is a need, he will be ready to do everything for it in the future as well, keeping within the limits of the Constitution.

Sri Arya said that it is a matter of great sadness that even after living in India, Hindus feel safe. Politics is engaged in appeasing those who are engaged in the activities of breaking the country or whose thinking has been to endanger the unity and integrity of the country and those who love the soil of this country and give their all for it.

Mr. Devendra Singh Arya, Chairman of Ugta Bharat, who was present as the keynote speaker in the program, said that the Constitution of India declares that there will be no discrimination between people on the basis of caste, creed, and gender.

But if seen from a practical point of view If we go, it is known that a lot of injustice has been done to the Hindu society on the basis of these three. To end this injustice, the time has come to implement Uniform Civil Code in the country.

This becomes all the more imperative when the Constitution of the country has already declared that a Uniform Civil Code will be implemented in India. He said that when the constitution of the country gives the right to equality to every citizen.

Then what is the hesitation in implementing the Uniform Civil Code in the country? He said that our country India has been ruling on the basis of a uniform civil code since ancient times. Dr. Rakesh Kumar Arya, the national leader of Understand India Campaign Committee, who was present as a special speaker, said that the first President of the country, Dr. Rajendra Prasad, had opposed the Hindu Code Bill brought by Nehru on the basis that when the constitution of the country was uniform.

If we talk about bringing a civil code, a common civil code should be brought in place of the Hindu Code Bill in the country. If the country had accepted this point of its first President. Then many of today’s problems would have ended even before they were born.

Rajarya Sabha leader Ravindra Arya, Yashveer Singh Arya, Kishan Lal Arya, revolutionary Leader Satya Muni, etc.

Also expressed their views and emphasized that the Central Government should bring the Common Civil Code as soon as possible. So that the activities of people who create havoc in the country can be stopped.
