CBSE Single Girl Child Scholarship 2022: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has started the registration process for CBSE Single Girl Child Scholarship 2022 on October 14, 2022. Class 10th candidates wishing to apply for Single Girl Child Scholarship can apply online through the official site of CBSE at cbse.gov.
The last date to register online is till November 14, 2022. The verification of applications will be done by the school from October 21 to November 21, 2022.
Who can apply for the scholarship
The eligibility of Single Girl Scholarship Scheme is that the student has to pass class 10th from a school affiliated to CBSE and has to be educated in class 10th and 12th in schools affiliated to CBSE. Also, girl students who are the only child of their parents and have scored 60 percent or more in class 10th, and whose tuition does not exceed ₹ 1,500 per month during the academic year, are eligible for this scholarship. Huh.
The scholarship will be renewed for a period of one year. CBSE said that the CBSE Merit Scholarship Scheme for Single Girl Child aims to promote education among girls and provide encouragement to meritorious students.
i.e. successful completion of class 11 and the student has secured 50 percent or more marks in class 11 and promoted to class 12. Hardcopy of any offline application/request will not be accepted. For more related details candidates can visit the official site of CBSE.

Step 2- Click on the link “scholarships”.
Step 3- Click on the link “Guidelines and Application Forms 2022/Apply Online”.
Step 4- Click on the link ‘Single Girl Child Scholarship – 2022’.
Step 5- Now click on the link “CBSE Merit Scholarship Scheme for Single Girl Child of Class X for Renewal”.
Step 6-To fill the application, students have to enter their roll number and date of birth.
Step 7-Check all the details before submitting the form.
Step 8- After submission, the school will verify the student’s SGCS-X application.
